Our design consultants are expert at what they do, with in-depth understanding of products encompassing technical and design aspects. They work collaboratively with you listening to your needs and requirements and together you’ll create ideal window solutions for your home. Our complete in-home consultation allows you to see and feel products but if you prefer, we offer virtual appointments too.

Our skilled technicians know that when it comes to your windows, every little detail matters. After your design consultation, it’s their job to ensure that every measurement taken is precision perfect, every angle carefully calculated, every specialist shape considered. This attention to detail is what ensures your bespoke product will be made to the exact specifications required.

Our production teams are experts in their individual fields. Using high quality materials for every product, each team is made up of experienced craftsmen who combine traditional techniques passed down over the years and modern machinery to ensure each product is skillfully created to your exact requirements. Hand-finishing ensures perfection.

Our experienced installers provide much more than just an installation service, though they’re experts in that too. Scheduled for your convenience, they’ll install your product with the minimum of fuss and maximum attention to detail. From talking you through any technical aspects of operation, or hand steaming for a perfect finish, these are the extra touches that elevate our service to you.

All our products are quality checked at every stage and we’re not satisfied with less than perfect. However for peace of mind we offer a twelve month warranty on all shutters, blinds (excluding Roman blinds) and awnings and a two year warranty on Roman blinds. Additionally we offer a further four year extended care plan on materials and workmanship for shutters, blinds and awnings.
