Which windows suit Wooden blinds?

Wooden blinds are a practical and stylish solution for almost any window, as they are expertly made to fit narrow or wide windows; however they cannot be fitted on shaped or sloping windows.

Can I have Wooden blinds in my bathroom or kitchen?

The high levels of moisture and humidity found in bathrooms and kitchens can warp wooden products and fade colour, so we would not recommend a wooden blind for these areas.

What colour options are available for Wooden blinds?

Our Wooden blinds are available in a range of painted neutral shades and natural wood stains.

Are Wooden blinds blackout?

While Wooden blinds will considerably reduce the amount of light there may still be minute gaps along horizontal and vertical edges where light can seep through.

Included as Standard: A bespoke in-home service and expert installation, steel headrail, colour coded wooden tassel, valance, split controls (one-sided option available on selected sizes)

Optional Extras: Eight tassel options (Bell Pull – nickel, matt nickel, brass and black; Barrel Pull – chrome, matt nickel, brass and gunmetal, all surcharge), co-ordinating tapes (surcharge)

Cleaning Notes: Wooden blinds can be cleaned with a dry clean cloth. Tilt the slats downwards until flat, wipe, then tilt the slats upwards and repeat. Any stubborn marks should be gently dabbed with a barely damp cloth to avoid damaging either the finish or the wood itself.

Child Safety

We do everything we can to ensure our products are safe for children and animals, including offering options for cord-free operation on our blinds where possible. Our blinds all meet European Standards BS EN 13120 as a minimum. All our corded blinds will be installed with a safety device to comply with current legislative requirements, so you can be assured our products are not only high quality but also safe.
