'We do everything we can to ensure our products are safe for children and animals, including offering options for cord-free operation on our blinds where possible. Our blinds all meet European Standards BS EN 13120 as a minimum. All our corded blinds will be installed with a safety device to comply with current legislative requirements, so you can be assured our products are not only high quality but also safe.

We are very proud of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each custom-made curtain and Roman blind, which is why we offer a two year guarantee on the manufacturing defects in materials (excluding acceptable fabric flaws) and workmanship, giving you peace of mind that we will repair or replace any faults that have not been caused by accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.

I love the fabric of my Roman blind – can I get anything to match it?

Yes. All our Roman blind fabrics can be custom-made into curtains, and if you wanted additional accessories you can also have matching cushions.

Do you sell blackout products?

All our Roman blinds are available with a blackout lining.

Are your Roman blinds lined?

Yes they are. We offer a standard lining as well as a blackout lining.

Can I have a Roman blind in my bathroom?

Roman blinds are a perfect choice for downstairs cloakrooms and en-suite guest bathrooms. They can also be used in large, well-ventilated bathrooms, but are best avoided in small, heavily used or very steamy bathrooms, which would be more suited to a specialist water resistant blind, such as a faux wooden Venetian blind.
